• We currently ship across India.

2. Shipping Timeframes

• Orders are typically processed within [1-2] business days after payment confirmation.

• Delivery timelines vary by location:

• Metro Cities: 3 to 5 business days

• Other Cities & Towns: 5 to 7 business days

• Remote Areas: 7 to 10 business days

• Delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, logistical disruptions, or high order volumes.

3. Shipping Charges

• Free shipping is available on orders above ₹999/-.

• Orders below ₹ 999/- may incur a standard shipping fee, which will be displayed at checkout.

• International shipping charges are calculated based on destination and package weight.

4. Order Tracking

• Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email/SMS.

• You can track your shipment using the link provided in the confirmation email.

5. Order Processing & Dispatch

• Orders are processed and dispatched on business days (Monday–Saturday, excluding public holidays).

• In case of unexpected delays, we will notify you via email or phone.

6. Cash on Delivery (COD)

• COD is available for select locations and products.

• A nominal COD handling fee may apply.

7. Lost or Damaged Shipments

• If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

• We may require images of the damaged item and packaging for verification.

• Replacements or refunds will be issued based on investigation results.

8. Undelivered Packages

• If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, unavailability, or refusal of delivery, reshipping charges may apply.

• Refunds for undelivered packages will be processed after deducting shipping costs.
